If you want to grow some of your own vegetables but have very little space, aerponics may be a gardening method you want to consider. It requires very little space yet is able to produce much more than a large soil garden.

A traditional garden and a hydroponic garden both require some sort of growing medium for the plant roots but aeroponics is different. No growing medium is used at all. The roots are in suspended in a dark container rather than put in soil or potting mixture. Nutrients are delivered to the roots by sprayers.
